We are looking for full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Health Center nursing team at Westminster Village Inc in Bloomington, IL. Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm
- 3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am
- Includes every other weekend and some holidays

Job Duties
- Assist leadership with the 24-hour accountability for resident care
- Perform direct patient care according to physician's orders
- Administer medications and treatments
- Participate in the care planning process
- Observe and encourage infection control measures
- Protect patient confidentiality
- Perform and document resident assessments
- Assist physicians during examinations or treatments
- Respond to emergency calls across campus if needed
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current and unencumbered LPN license in Illinois
- Current CPR certification
- Working knowledge of healthcare delivery in geriatric, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing settings
