Job Description
Genesis Health is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this full-time position, you will work from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, providing efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients, contributing to care planning, administering medications, and supervising unlicensed staff. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe condition changes, and report to RN.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
