Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care, ensuring positive outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if applicable).
