Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team. As an integral part of our healthcare services, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe condition changes, and report findings.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by support staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
