Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. As an LPN, you will deliver high-quality nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and monitor condition changes.
- Contribute to care planning and administer medications as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing school.
- Current state nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
