Job Description

We are excited to announce a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) opportunity at Granite Ledges of Concord, an exceptional Assisted Living Facility. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
