Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing efficient and effective nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and high patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Assess patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
