Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Langdon Place of Exeter Assisted Living. In this role, you will work the night shift from 11 pm to 7 am under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
