Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Crestwood team. As an LPN, you will deliver efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe condition, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
