Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking talented Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join Mountain Ridge's team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing efficient nursing care to patients with a focus on achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
