Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients.

Position Highlights

• Assess patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
