Job Description
Genesis Health is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team at Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN at Genesis HealthCare, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services, building relationships with patients and families, and contributing to positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Participate in care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
