Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and promote patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Conduct patient assessments and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by support staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (if required).
