Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join The Elms team for Day and Evening Shifts. This role offers new wages, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
