As an integral part of our healthcare services, the LPN will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive outcomes for patients and their families.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report condition changes.
• Contribute to care planning and administer medications as per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
