Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Lebanon Center. This position offers the opportunity to deliver efficient nursing care, monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and supervise unlicensed staff under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification as required.
