Job Description

The Elms, a Genesis Healthcare facility, is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care and contribute to positive clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and family support.

Position Highlights

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure as per state requirements.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if in an assisted living facility.
