Job Description - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a per-diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Elm Wood. As an LPN, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
