Job Description
Join our team at Genesis Healthcare as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Granite Ledges of Concord. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients and their families.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and administer medications.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
