Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and collect data on their condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
