Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Healthcare's team. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and contribute to care planning.

• Evaluate patients/residents, record observations, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed personnel.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state).
