Job Description
Join our team at Exeter Center located in Exeter, NH as a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on Days. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to provide excellent nursing care and ensure positive outcomes for patients and their families.
Position Highlights
- Assess and monitor patients, reporting any changes in condition.
- Participate in care planning and administration of medications/treatments.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
