Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Elms. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

• Contribute to care planning and assessments.

• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
