Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Granite Ledges of Concord. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients and their families.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
