Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Keene Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient nursing care, ensuring positive outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing school.
- Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
