Genesis Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and promote patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications per physician orders and perform treatments.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
• Availability to work 3 12-hour shifts with every other weekend required.
