Job Description
Join Lake Ridge Center's team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Night/Evening shifts. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide efficient nursing care to patients, ensuring positive outcomes and satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
