Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients and residents. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care and build meaningful relationships with those under your care.

Position Highlights

• Deliver efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
