Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team at River Ridge Neurorehabilitation Center. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient nursing care, conducting patient assessments, administering medications, and supervising patient care. Your contributions will directly impact patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as directed.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
