Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As part of our nursing staff, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to our patients/residents, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
