Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Cumberland Village on a full-time basis. As an LPN, you will work from 6:45am to 7:15pm with every other weekend included. Your role involves delivering efficient nursing care, evaluating patients, assisting with care planning, administering medications, and supervising unlicensed staff, under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in their condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
