Job Description
Join the team at River Ridge Neurorehabilitation Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents and families. As an LPN, you will work collaboratively with a diverse interdisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes and quality of life.
Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and administer medications as prescribed.
- Supervise and oversee care provided by unlicensed personnel.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing program.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
