Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Partridge House, an exceptional assisted living facility. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care, contribute to assessments and care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care to ensure positive outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification for skilled nursing or as required by the state.
