Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Elm Wood on a per-diem basis. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care and support positive clinical outcomes for patients.
Position Highlights
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and communicate changes.
- Contribute to care planning and implementation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- BLS/CPR certification required for specific care settings.
