Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to provide efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. In this role, you will contribute to assessments, administer medications, and supervise patient care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, monitor condition changes, and report observations.
• Support nursing assessments and care planning processes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide supervision and monitoring of unlicensed staff in patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
