Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

Join our team at Langdon Place of Exeter Assisted Living as a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 11 pm - 7 am shift. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient nursing care, contribute to assessments and care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice.
