Job Description
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Exeter Center in beautiful Exeter, NH. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care and contribute to positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights:
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school for practical/vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
