Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are currently looking to hire Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Applewood Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and ensure positive clinical outcomes. In addition to clinical responsibilities, you will contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff members, all while maintaining a focus on patient and family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending state licensure as an LPN.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
