Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Compliance with universal COVID-19 vaccination requirement.
