Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Keene Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to positive clinical outcomes. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
