Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Care team at ChristianaCare. If you are an experienced LPN looking for a supportive work environment with comprehensive training, this is the place for you!
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
