Job Description
We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Care team at ChristianaCare. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
