Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN in our organization, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implementing goal-oriented care plans and contributing to patient discharge planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
