Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans in alignment with available resources. Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
