Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As part of our team, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, supporting the New Castle County area. This position offers a competitive salary of $22-$28 per hour and flexible work hours.
Responsibilities
- Deliver goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
