Job Description
We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join ChristianaCare HomeHealth for in-person event on 5/13. Our organization is well-prepared for Oasis-E with a state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record and comprehensive training. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning.
Requirements:
- HSD or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Types:
Per diem, part-time, full-time
Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected Hours:
20-40 per week
