We are seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join ChristianaCare's HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.

Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
