Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition changes, and report to the Registered Nurse (RN).
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain BLS/CPR certification as required.
