Genesis Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Pottstown Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, drive positive clinical outcomes, and ensure patient/family satisfaction. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
