Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
